Yahoo resists Microsoft

Yahoo has rejected Microsoft’s massive $44.6 billion offer for the company, holding out for an even bigger bid or a white knight partner.

It seems that Microsoft may be prepared to increase its offer, but not by enough to satisfy the Yahoo board, which believes the company is worth far more.

GooglePhone ARM, the British chipmaker, has unveiled the first mobile phone to use Google’s Android mobile operating system at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
